Peace Thrives LLC offers residential housing accommodations for individuals seeking private or shared living arrangements, along with non-medical support services that help promote a stable, safe, and dignified living environment.

Residential Housing Accommodations

Private room accommodations (subject to availability)
Shared room accommodations (subject to availability)
Safe and maintained residential environments
Clear housing guidelines and occupancy expectations
Coordination of move-in and housing availability inquiries

Non-Medical Support Services

Light housekeeping (routine cleaning of living areas and common spaces)
Errands and community support (including grocery shopping assistance)
Pharmacy pick-ups (no medication handling or administration)

Services We Do Not Provide

Peace Thrives LLC is a non-medical housing accommodation provider. We do not provide medical, nursing, home health, or personal care services. Residents must be capable of independent living and managing their own daily activities. Residents must also be capable of making their own medical arrangements if and when required.

No medical care, nursing care, home health services, or clinical assessments
No medication administration, medication setup, dosage management, or injections
No wound care, catheter care, or ostomy care
No monitoring of vital signs (blood pressure, glucose checks, etc.)
No hands-on assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, or transfers/lifting
No physical, occupational, or speech therapy services
No emergency medical response services (call 911 for emergencies)

If a resident requires medical or health care assistance, the resident (or their representative) is responsible for arranging appropriate licensed providers.
